INSTRUCTIONS TO PROPONENTS


IP 6 - DELIVERY OF PROPOSAL

6.1    The properly completed and executed Proposal Form shall be enclosed only in the pre-addressed envelope provided by
         the Corporation. That envelope shall be sealed and must be actually delivered into the possession of the Corporation
         along with supporting technical material as required by IP 4, at the address given in the advertised Invitation for
         Proposal prior to the time and date specified there for the closing of Proposals. The name and address of the
         Proponent(s) and the project description must appear on the face of the supplied envelope.

        Proposals and other related documents received after the advertised time and date of closing will not be considered by
        the Corporation.

IP 7 - REVISION OF PROPOSAL

7.1    A Proposal Form already delivered to the Corporation may only be revised in the manner described in IP 7.2 and to
         qualify, the revision must be actually received by the Corporation at the address given in the advertised Invitation for
         Proposal prior to the time and date specified there for the closing of Proposals. The revision must be plainly referable
         to a particular Proposal.

7.2    Revisions shall be submitted only by signed letter delivered or transmitted by facsimile machine to the number given on
         the Invitation for Proposal. Only the Proponent's entries on the delivered Proposal Form may be revised; the revision
         must state only the amount by which a figure is to be increased or decreased, or specific directions as to the exclusion
         or inclusion of particular words. Any revision which states the actual total amount of a Proposal will be rejected by the
         Corporation.

IP 8 - ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL

8.1    The lowest or any Proposal will not necessarily be accepted.

8.2    In the event only one Proposal is received, the Corporation reserves the right to open this proposal without reference
         to the Proponent.

IP 9 - SCHEDULING OF WORK

9.1    The successful proponent will become a Sub-Contractor to the Mechanical Sub-Contractor. He will be required to
         conform to the scheduling and Substantial Performance date as directed by the General Contractor, and the
         Mechanical Sub-contractor.
