(Closes: 05-May-2026 14:00:00) The Province is seeking to secure premises that provide the best overall location, value, and functionality. Requirements may be met through a lease agreement using the Province’s standard form lease, with a target occupancy date of December 1, 2026, at the Province’s sole discretion. The Province requires approximately 3,000 sq. ft. (280 m˛) of space for lease to be occupied by the Northern Health Authority (NHA). The premises must: Proposals meeting these requirements are invited. Preferred Location - Within the approximate boundaries shown below: Parking Requirements - On-site or within 305 m (1,000 ft): Parking must be paved, well-drained, and well-lit, with 24/7 access for the full term of the lease. Cost of parking to be included in the lease proposal. Lease Terms - Commencement of Rent: The earlier of: Term: Five (5) years, with one optional year renewal of up to five (5) additional years with the length of the renewal term at the sole discretion of the Tenant.
